Where do the activities take place?
The meeting point and start time are specified in the details for each activity. We recommend that you always arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes early.
Can I go on a trip on a day or at a time that isn't listed on the calendar?
All activities and excursions can be arranged privately on other dates and times. You can send us your request by contacting us.
What is the difference between a private tour and a standard tour?
Regular activities follow a set itinerary, which, except in special cases, cannot be modified.
Private activities and excursions are 100% customizable and can be adapted to the client’s needs and preferences. If you would like a private service, please contact us.
Do I need to print out the voucher or receipt?
No. You can also view your booking on your mobile phone, tablet or another digital device.
How can I check the availability of an activity?
All you need to do is check whether the date you wish to book is available on the calendar provided for each activity.
In which languages are the activities available?
Most activities are available in Spanish, English, Italian, and French.
You can check the available languages in the details of each activity.
It is also possible to request activities in other languages privately and upon request, for which you will need to contact us.
Is photography permitted inside the monument?
The Royal Palace’s rules allow photography in most areas, provided you do not use a flash. However, in some rooms there may be signs prohibiting it.

Is the payment secure?
The online payment system is 100% secure, preventing fraud and unauthorised transactions.
Our website offers a very easy and intuitive booking service and allows you to make secure payments using Visa, MasterCard or PayPal.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes, although depending on the tour, you will need to provide the necessary documentation, such as for excursions or guided tours of monuments where tickets are issued in a specific person’s name.
What should I do if I’ve paid for the booking but haven’t received a confirmation?
You can contact us to check that the booking was completed correctly.
Is it possible to pay at the end of the activity?
All activities, whether regular or private, must be paid for in advance.
Is it possible to change the date or time of my booking? Is there an additional charge?
To change the date of a booking or to cancel it, please contact us.
Changes and cancellations are free of charge provided that the request is received by the customer service department within the timeframes specified in the cancellation policy for each activity.
